Open url nexus mod wont download

i launch the game and none of my mods wont load in the game. i reinstalled the game into my SSD from the HHD. Reinstalled Steam and Nexus to my SSD. I can download the ingame mods but the Nexus mods wont work. They say they are on but noting. I checked the customes file and that INI file to make sure they okay too. what should i try next?????
