Please try remove the \ from your windows path so that it looks like D:\MovieFiles\Downloads . You might also want to review the Sonarr FAQ  When the download is over, Sonarr moves the file to the appropriate location (my-tv-shows/show-name/season-1/01-title.mp4), and renames the file if needed.
